Frequently Asked Questions
Custom and personalized orders
"Absolutely! I've handcrafted hundreds of personalized displays, each beginning with a conversation about your ideas. I ask questions, discuss the details, and work with you to understand exactly what you're envisioning. Once your display is completed, I'll send photographs for your approval before requesting payment. No deposit required. It's a process built on trust, communication, and craftsmanship."
Is your work guaranteed?
"I take great pride in every display I create and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there's ever a concern with your order, please contact me so we can work together toward a fair resolution. My goal is to provide quality craftsmanship and customer service you can feel confident in."
When will my order arrive?
"Ready-to-ship displays generally leave our workshop within 1–2 business days. Custom and personalized orders may require additional production time. We ship primarily through USPS or UPS, depending on the size of your display. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on your listing, and feel free to contact us if you have a specific deadline."
What is your packaging like?
"Every display is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. We custom-build many of our shipping boxes using sturdy, double-wall corrugated cardboard. Each piece is securely wrapped and protected for its journey to your home. We take as much pride in safely delivering your display as we do in creating it."
Care instructions
"To preserve the beauty of your handcrafted wooden display, simply dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals, excessive moisture, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Each display is finished to enhance and protect the natural character of the wood. With proper care, your display can be enjoyed for generations."
